1Acceptance of Terms

By using the 4 bad platform, you are considered to have fully read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms are formulated in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all users. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These terms take effect from the moment registration is completed. For any questions, please contact our support team.

2Eligibility & Age

To open an account on the 4 bad platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such accounts will be cancelled at any time. You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and provide accurate personal identification details. Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. Each user may operate only one account.

3Account Rules

The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Never share your password with any third party, and notify us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in your account is mandatory. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or transferring an account is strictly prohibited. As part of the verification process, we may request identification documents or other records at any time.

4Payments & Transactions

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Specified limits and processing times apply to deposits and withdrawals, which may vary in accordance with platform guidelines. Deposited funds may only be withdrawn through verified payment methods. In cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to suspend payments until an investigation is completed. Bonuses and promotional offers have their own terms and conditions, which apply separately.

5Terms of Use

All users must maintain honest and ethical conduct while using the platform. Attempting to hack the system, using bots, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Harassing other users, using offensive language, or disrupting the normal operation of the platform is a punishable offense. 6Account Closure

You may request to voluntarily close your account at any time. It is your responsibility to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed. In the event of a breach of terms, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to action in accordance with the applicable policy. For any appeals regarding account closure, please contact the support team.

7Limitation of Liability

The 4 bad platform is not liable for any damages caused by technical errors, third-party service disruptions, or internet connectivity issues. Participation in gaming activities is entirely your own decision and at your own risk. The platform does not guarantee any specific outcome or winnings. We will not be held liable if services are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount deposited in your account.

8Changes to Terms

4 bad reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you via your registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
